Position Summary
As a School Psychologist, you will play a key role in helping students reach their full potential by conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, and supporting interventions that foster both academic and emotional success. Youll collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to build inclusive, positive school environments that empower all learners.
Responsibilities

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results to guide student supports

Develop and assist with implementation of IEPs and behavior intervention plans

Provide individual and group counseling services as needed

Consult with educators, families, and administrators to promote effective learning strategies and emotional wellness

Contribute to a positive and inclusive school climate

Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations
Qualifications

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

Active Texas School Psychology certification or LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology)

Prior school-based experience preferred

Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
